On Wednesday afternoon, the Roseville Panthers (3-1, MAC-Red) defeated the Southeastern Jungaleers (1-4, DPSL) by a final score of 71-61.

Roseville controlled the game the whole way. They were first on the board, taking a 3-0 lead early. They never surrendered the lead the rest of the game.

The Panther’s lead was as large as 30 points in the fourth quarter; however, Southeastern managed to claw their way back in the final six minutes and make it only a 10-point victory.

Jalen Mosley, Terrence Partridge, and Anthony Scott Jr had big games for Roseville. Mosley was 7 of 15 from the field, as well as 2 of 4 from three and 3 of 4 from the free throw line. He racked up 19 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 blocks, and 4 steals.

Scott Jr. shot 5 of 7 from the floor, including 5 of 7 from the free throw line. He had 15 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, and a steal.

Roseville will take on Swartz Creek on 12-29 as they look to stay red hot. Southeastern will take on Dearborn Fordson on 12-30 as they seek a bounce back victory following Wednesday’s loss.
