Games will start between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
All games will take place at Wayne State University’s Harwell Field and University Liggett School.

All games will take place at three top-tier, all-turf venues, each designed for high-level competition and an elite playing experience.
Wayne State University – Harwell Field
A NCAA Division II stadium and Fenway Park replica featuring a high-quality turf infield. Located in Midtown Detroit, a hub for sports, dining, and entertainment.Address: 111 E Warren Ave, Detroit, MI 48201 (Directions)
University Liggett School – Grosse Pointe
Home to eight-time state champions, this facility features two state-of-the-art turf fields designed for championship-level play, just minutes from Detroit.Address: 1045 Cook Rd, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236 (Directions)

Travel baseball teams from the USA and Canada are eligible.
Accepted Divisions:
➤ 14U: 2029 HS Graduate or younger or born on/after May 1, 2010➤ 15U: 2028 HS Graduate or younger or born on/after May 1, 2009
➤ 17U: 2026 HS Graduate or younger or born on or after May 1, 2007
This is a team-based tournament, only full teams are allowed to register. Individual player registration is not available.

Games will be played June 20-22, 2025. All games will start between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Each team is guaranteed five pool-play games (weather permitting*).
Single-elimination playoffs on Sunday for qualifying teams.
15-25 teams are anticipated to participate in the tournament.
Bats allowed: -3 BBCOR metal and wood bats.
*Weather Policy: All fields are high-quality turf stadiums, reducing delays. If inclement weather occurs, we will adjust schedules to maximize gameplay while prioritizing player safety.

Team Registration Fee: $1,850 – Includes:
5-game guarantee (weather permitting) .
2 full professionally broadcasted games minimum (see broadcast details below).
Baseballs supplied for all games.
All umpire fees covered.
On site supervisor by The PreP tournament staff for all games at all locations.
Additional Costs (optional):
Hotels for out-of-town teams are not included in the registration fee. Discounted rates are available through our hotel partners (see hotel details below).
Showcase Videos are available for an additional fee (see Showcase Video section below for more details).

Registration Deadline: May 1, 2025.We encourage teams to sign up quickly, as spots are limited for this tournament.

Each team will have a minimum of 2 full professionally broadcasted games which will be live-streamed and archived for on-demand viewing.
Games available on The PreP Sports Media YouTube channel; broadcast link will be distributed to teams on morning of game.

Additional broadcast opportunities may be available.

Yes—all family, friends, and fans are welcome and admission is free for all games!

Out-of-town teams will need to arrange hotel accommodations near the tournament. Local teams are not required to stay at hotels.
Discounted team rates have been secured, but to qualify for the group discount, all hotel bookings must be made through The PreP Sports and its hotel partners.
